Location: HKEX - Exchange Square Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to manage our Workplace Technology change portfolio in the digital change journey of HKEX. You will collaborate with a team of business, application development, and infrastructure stakeholders to manage the implementation of robust, scalable, and innovative workplace technology solutions and digital operating model. Successful candidate will form part of the Project Delivery team under Technology Infrastructure organization. Job Duties: Responsibilities: Planning and implementation of projects, sub-tracks, and financial management in line with HKEX project management framework and governance standards. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors on project and change executions. Partner closely with cross-functional technology teams as well as industry peers and partners on technical solutioning and implementation approach. Manage key stakeholders to agree on outcome expectation across scope, timeline, budget, risks during project charter phase. Develop tactical and strategic project plans to respond to changing conditions effectively. Track progress, provide status updates, and escalate where required to project sponsors timely. Manage key milestone changes, scope creep, or replanning as part of project change management process. Design, agree, and implement service transition plan with Operation teams and businesses to assure change disruptions are well managed and within acceptable threshold. Resolve conflicts and manage priority issues across project or functional areas. Measure project performance and benefit realization using appropriate tools and techniques. Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. At least 8 years hands-on project management experience on IT infrastructure domains. Strong technical expertise in workplace solutions and change implementation, e.g. M365, SCCM, Citrix Remote Access/XenApp, VDI, NAS, and Managed Print solutions. Good understanding on endpoint management and security products, e.g. Microsoft Defender, Intune MDM, Azure Information Protection, Multi Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, Active Directory, Identity Access Management, and Data Leakage Prevention solutions. Demonstrate a wider view of the technology trends in the industry and communicate with passion on emerging digital products and services, e.g. M365 Copilot, OpenAI integration, Cloud-native management and deployment, zero touch provisioning, and automation. Good understanding on digital operating model and modern workplace practices in an enterprise environment. Experience on IT Service Management (ITSM) process using ServiceNow. Ability to communicate with all levels of management, influence key business stakeholders, and build consensus effectively. Strong problem solver and wiling to challenge status quo. Strong sense of compliance, control and risk awareness. Sensitive to figures, project KPIs, financials, estimates, and risk assessment. Strong customer centric and result-oriented mindset. Certification on PMP or Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile methodologies. OKR Framework is an advantage.
