About the Role
Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as sales, sales promotions, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaintsPosition Accountabilities and Duties:
Handle hotline services;
Process medical claims / vouchers (out-patient claims);
Filing / Administration work;
Prepare billing reports for clients;
Participate on ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Cheerful & willing to work as a team
Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, self-initiative
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Shift duties is required
