The RolePerform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring their proper distribution to relevant personnel.Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments or packages as needed.Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff, providing them with necessary information and guidance as required.Provide administrative support to various departments within the education firm, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as assigned.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.Assist in maintaining and updating the education firm's databases, including student records, staff information, and other relevant data.Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash.Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity and professionalism.
Your ProfileDegree in Business Administration or related field.1-2 years' experienceProactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and responsible.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
