WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Support analysts on running PPC/Display accounts by creating keywords, writing compelling ad tests, and carrying out data and test analysis
• Perform keyword research to briefs and in-line with client’s business objectives
• Analysing and producing compelling text
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback

• Responsible for optimizing copy, meta data, landing pages or creative blogs to improve crawlability for search engines

• Ensure continuous, scalable and robust operation of our production environments. 
• Collaborate closely with the development teams in a fast-paced delivery environment to foster the SRE mindset as part of the software development process. 
• Codify and rollout shared tooling and process/service to enable development teams continuously deliver new features while improving non-functional requirements such as system availability, security, performance, and maintainability. 
• Working with development and DevOps to ensure the appropriate level of component redundancy and infrastructure capacity is in place.

• 2+ years in SRE or Production Support within experience in the financial industry, or managing business critical systems requiring 99.9% uptime.

• Expert proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, Monitoring and Instrumentation tools.
• Comfortable working with developer tools such as GIT, JIRA and Notion.

• Report on control deficiencies to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
• Challenge current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement;
• Engage remediation of identified issues through follow-up
• Play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
• Support selection and management of external vendors
• Play an active role in advising the organisation on governance and internal audit matters

• 3-5 years’ practical experience in internal audit and / or external audit on companies / financial institutions, with experience in international accounting firms a plus;
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related field and relevant qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
• Self-starter with ability to independently run assignments involving stakeholders at various levels across the business
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of personal integrity;
• Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience in or passion for Crypto industry or Digital Asset is desirable
