About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced product manager for our innovative trade finance product development. You will be responsible for designing new financing products in the e-Commerce landscape, keep iterative features enhancement for existing products. To become the fast mover in the marketplace, delivering innovative FinTech products.
What you need to do
Take ownership of the product development process, from ideation, product development to executing and managing the products
Lead the workflow design and business requirements gathering process to collect and analyze requirements
Analyse functional requirements, identify constraints/risks and translate into technical solutions
Design and prepare related documentation, i.e. product requirement document, functional design specification, business workflow manual and user manual, etc
Participate in system testing, post-launch user training and product marketing material
Serve as a subject matter expert within key business and supporting processes and systems
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables under product governance
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of trade finance products development experience, or relevant experience in banking, FinTech or eCommerce industry.
Good communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer handling will be an advantage
Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
Digitally savvy with a mature mentality in a fast-paced start-up environment
Innovative, self-motivated, business value-oriented and be a good team player
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Branch Oversight Function Head leads a team of professionals to manage the BOF program for Consumer Bank.
BOF program is designed with four components namely BOF Centralized Monitoring Program (BOF Digital Monitoring and BOF Remote Monitoring), BOF Branch Inspection Program, BOF MIS & Analytics Program and BOF Governance & Control Program which are interconnected.
The BOF reviews are intended to provide an independent assessment of the branch’s control environment. We are looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to guide our high value clients and prospective clients in their investment decisions with StashAway. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up team to build StashAway HK alongside the best minds. You will report directly to the General Manager HK to strategise and execute AUM impacting initiatives. Within this role, you will work on both short-term and long-term goals, build customer and prospecting relationships, identify AUM growth opportunities, hit quarterly targets and deliver on weekly input KPIs. The role will give you exposure to the inner workings of a Fintech that leads the industry on both the investment and the tech side.
Responsibilities
Develop a continuous prospect pipeline to achieve AUM targets and expand StashAway's customer base.
Proactively assist clients to understand their needs and objectives; effectively communicate StashAway’s product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Manage and deepen client relationships to retain and grow existing HNW clients and reinvigorate churned clients
Provide understanding of the markets and SA products for the benefit of the client and to deepen loyalty with the brand.
Deliver seminars on a variety of financial and market topics to nurture current and prospective client base.
Have up-to-date knowledge of financial products for HNW, markets and be able to communicate on it to clients in both written and verbal form.
Has client-facing experience in sales development with affluent/HNW clients within banking or wealth management
Currently holding SFC Type 1 and 4 license
Customer centric, results oriented and strong time management skills
Stellar sales track record of exceeding revenue targets as well as a willingness to be hands-on and build long-term client relationships
Authentic in their approach to client relationships based on strong knowledge of products and markets
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations
Be a problem solver
Must be fluent in written and spoken Cantonese
