Provide good customer service to clients and follow up services action
Monitor services status and ensure operational efficiency
Order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records by using the internal system
System data Input/update into systems
Generate & prepare service reports
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Less experience candidate can be considered as Senior Planning Executive
F.6 or above with 5 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office, MS Windows and Chinese typing
