You will: Strengthen risk management governance in the first line of defence by ensuring adequate supervision of day-to-day business conduct and activities of the Front Office, adhering to internal directives, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee and collaborate closely with the Front Office to continually enhance operational risk processes and refine business operation.  Provide guidance and advice to the Front Office on the Bank’s internal directives and procedures, compliance and regulatory-related matters, including but not limited to AML/CFT policy and procedural changes, cross-border marketing guidelines, adherence to advisory and suitability policies and procedures, fraud prevention policy and procedures. Conduct thorough analysis and regular business and control reviews to get insightful outcomes and recommendations, aiding in decision-making and risk assessment.  Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues regulators raise. Foster a strong risk culture and conduct awareness amongst the Front Office with the relevant training, market intelligence and knowledge sharing. Lead and support business initiatives, process-related risk projects, working groups, business forums and governance meetings, where appropriate. To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in business management, risk management, compliance or other relevant banking experience. You should have good knowledge of private banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements together with the ability to understand broader private banking business.  Lastly, you should constantly keep abreast on industry trends and maintaining a growth-oriented mindset. Job Responsibilities: Manage and follow-up closely on the daily schedule of your senior executives; Handle extensive travel arrangement such as business trip visa, flight and hotel booking and expense processing; Deal with external and internal clients in a pro-active and professional manner; Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, etc; Sit in business meetings and take minutes, whenever necessary; Prepare presentations, proposals, correspondence, reports, etc.in a timely manner; Translate documents from English to Chinese or vice versa, whenever necessary; Ensure to keep all clients lists and internal records up-to-date; Maintain a proper and systematic filing system; Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned; Cover other secretaries, whenever necessary (especially during leave); Attend and take all relevant compliance and risk training; fulfill all compliance responsibilities as required for the job; participate in raising risk awareness in the department; comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; and contribute to the reporting of all incidents. Job Qualification Bachelor degree in any discipline; Formal secretarial training; Minimum 3 years' relevant secretarial experience, preferably with investment banks exposure and serving Sales & Trading department/Senior Management; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua; Proficient in computer - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent in Chinese word processing

Responsibilities: Assist in budget monitoring and contract administration Consolidate and conduct annual survey and evaluate services quality and performance of vendors Prepare invoices and relevant documentation for payment process to ensure the payment settlement on schedule Perform the duties in accordance with the bank policies and procedures Manage procurement process of bank-wide non IT items,including but not limited to printed matters,seasonal commodities,office supply and equipment from sourcing, request for quotations, negotiations and ordering Support other teams on Administration Help Desk enquiries Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors Requirements: Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in general administrative function, preferably in banking industry Ability to work independently, self-initiative and responsibility Familiar with MS Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,including Putonghua Immediate available is highly preferred
