The role

We are thrilled to invite a motivated and talented professional to join our Hong Kong team as a E-Commerce Growth and Marketing Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital growth and success of our premium brands, working closely with our Managing Director and a passionate team of innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to elevate our brands’ online visibility and drive growth across digital channels.
• Oversee the creation and management of engaging content, from compelling product descriptions and high-quality images to promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with external partners, including leading digital agencies and tech providers, to continuously innovate and enhance our e-commerce efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing? 
 

After a thorough (local and international) training, you will be responsible for the sales and application of our comprehensive diagnostic portfolio and therapeutic devices in Hong Kong and Macau. Your customers are public and private hospitals as well as private clinics.

• Main tasks for the successful candidate include but not limited to:  
  Sales and onsite application support of the diagnostic device portfolio at both HA and private hospi-tals/ clinics
• Meet sales targets and team goals, maintain good customer relationship, and demonstrate good account management
• Help gather and analyze market information; work with team to identify market potentials, strengthen product positioning and strive for market share growth
• Assit Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with organizing and/ or supporting marketing activities and events
• Complete other ad hocs as assigned

Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor degree or above in business, science, Optometry, or other related disciplines
• Previous experience in medical sales positions preferred but not a must
• Fresh graudates are also welcome
• Proactive, can-do attitude and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
