• Oversee the development and execution of global brand campaigns to drive brand awareness and recognition
• Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and growth
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality brand assets and campaigns
• Ensure brand compliance across all marketing and communication materials, both online and offline
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and positioning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all regions and markets
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on brand performance and campaign effectiveness

• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• You should possess a global perspective and be able to position the brand in opposition to competitors on an international scale. A keen knowledge of global brands and marketing will be a favorable asset
• The incumbent will develop a precise understanding of EBC's business and branding, to collaborate with as well as support the success of the Business Development team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
