Location: HKEX - Exchange Square Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Permanent Job Summary: Job Duties: Team Manager Job Responsibilities: Perform the role of a team manager in processing IPO applications, pre-IPO enquiries and policies matters Participate in IPO vetting and draft comment letters Monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications n Draft Department reports to Listing Committee Provide support for ad hoc projects as required Job Requirements: Qualified lawyers/accountants with a minimum of 7 years working experience or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and knowledge of the securities industry and its practices including securities laws and accounting practices n Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
