- Handle trust and corporate documents including trust deed, trustee resolutions, private company record, statutory filing, agreement and daily administration work;
- Assist in client onboarding KYC and ongoing review in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures;
- Maintain a good relationship with external parties including clients, business partners, lawyers and service agents;
- Maintain accurate physical and electronical records of trust documents;
- Ensure timely fees collection incurred by clients;
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Degree holder in Business Administration related discipline
- STEP Diploma and / or Member of the HKCGI would be an advantage
- Experience in trust administration and handle onshore/offshore entities such as HK, BVI and Cayman Islands
- 3 -5 years relevant experience in Trustee or Company Secretary are preferred
- Well-organized and self-motivated with positive working attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
