Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to improve and optimize HR practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years of experience in policy writing and HR Business Partner roles. Candidates from sizable company is preferred Demonstrated ability to develop HR policies, procedures, and programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels.
