What the job does:

Develop monthly forecast, target and incentive, (both qualitative and quantitative) and relevant action plans to lead the team to achieve.
Drive retail sales, service and marketing activities in line with brand strategy implementation.
Review and develop improvement plan for store and staff performance and commercial KPIs on monthly basis with Assistant Business Manager/Business Manager
Update regularly on achievement of sales target, key business and people challenges, strengths and opportunities for review and discussion.
Develop strategy plan with Senior Sales and Education Manager on Key launches, hero and focus products and KPIs.
Focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retail partners to ensure long-term success and successful partnerships, and to achieve performance results and profitability.
Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional departments on retail activities (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising).
To plan staffing and retail headcount across all doors.
Conduct store team performance assessment and develop talent development and succession plan.
Participate and drive staff engagement and learning to develop good team morale.
Collaborate with education team to elevate customer service (product knowledge, selling system, artistry skills and make up service).

Codify and rollout shared tooling and process/service to enable development teams continuously delivery new features while improving non-functional requirements such as system availability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Working with development and DevOps to ensure the appropriate level of component redundancy and infrastructure capacity is in place.
Proactively analyse events and provide ongoing recommendations to incorporate process improvements to prevent service impacting incidents.
Manage Level 1 through to Level 3 production support.
2+ years in SRE or Production Support within experience in the financial industry, or managing business critical systems requiring 99.9% uptime.
Proven background in hands-on production / application support.
Expert proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, Monitoring and Instrumentation tools.
Comfortable working with developer tools such as GIT, JIRA and Notion.
Familiar with GoLang/Node JS, Postgresql/MySQL and managing automated build/deployment pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Ansible).
Familiar with Kubernetes clusters
Previous experience with ArgoCD, Cloudflare, Blockchain, and HSM is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and be a confident communicator.
Ability to work independently and comfortable to tight schedules.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subjects.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in quantitative finance or portfolio/fund analysis in fund houses, investment banks or financial institutions.
Postgraduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, actuarial science, or quantitative-related subjects.
Well-verse in Visual Basic, Bloomberg and Morningstar system.
Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM or CIPM).
In-depth understanding of quantitative dynamics of major asset classes, including equities, bonds and currencies.
Ability to quantitatively translate investment product ideas into model portfolios and perform portfolio simulation.
Knowledge of retail financial markets and wealth management products.
