As a Technical Product Manager at Kody, you’ll be responsible for shaping, executing, and refining our product vision in detail across various product streams in the payments, finance, and loyalty ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will work closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure that every facet of the product delivers maximum value to our customers.

This role demands a proactive, details-orientated technically-minded product leader who thrives in the minutiae and is eager to dig into each detail. This is not a traditional Product Manager role where you spend time paper-pushing or writing endless specifications. Kody management assesses all product work-streams daily. This is a role for folk who thrive making multiple decisions per day independently and making meaningful progress on a daily basis. If you're the kind of person who assesses progress on a weekly basis, this is the wrong role for you.

Success will be measured on your ability to own every detail of a product, including why we're doing it, why it's prioritised as it is and its specification, and keeping all stakeholders engaged with your plan. This is a senior role with real responsibility.

About the team

The Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer, the applicant will be responsible for helping to maintain the high level of customer service we provide. What you need to do

• Carry out professional coding on business logic, data modelling and API development
• Actively support a quality automatic testing solution for various environments
• Assure product quality in terms of functionality, performance, and usability
• Follow best practices, maintain and support the application services with high stability to sustain business operations

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Ideally 1 year of experience in commercial software development. Fresh graduates will be considered as Junior Software Engineer.
• Strong command of python with Django frameworks
• Experience with SQL and relational database / REST APIs / SaaS platform and authentication is an advantage
• Sound knowledge with source control like Git, or GitLab
• Familiar with Mac OS, Linux

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients
• Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction
• Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness
• Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments and he customers
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor

Our client a leading IT Services company is looking to hire Infrastructure System Engineer .

Responsibilities:

• Assist IT Specialist in site preparation, system and network design, installation, acceptance, and documentation.
• Administration and operations for hardware, software and network.
• Apply fixes, patches and updates.
• Troubleshooting and other support for project success.

• Degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of IT experience; and
• At least two (2) years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/speciality experience):
• conduct site preparation planning and control, network sizing, implementation and related support services;
• conduct system installation, configuration, integration, interface management and performance tuning; or
• perform data modelling, data dictionary maintenance, database construction and tuning.
