The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas:
Collect and analyze user requirement to prepare functional specifications
Liaise with business users, vendor and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
Execute user acceptance testing including test planning, execution and defect management
Initiate, liaise and negotiate with users to reach consensus on the requirements, delivery schedule and resource commitment
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
At least 2 years of working experience in Business Analysis
Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability
Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements
Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
BA experience in implementing and launching digital products & applications
Knowledge of software development in Agile Scrum
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Magento and SQL is a plus
Have technical sense and be able to work closely with technical/development team
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

About the Role
The Business Analyst is mainly responsible for supporting the F&B team to provide accurate reporting to support decision-making within the business. Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends. Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for management. Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions, as well as assisting with financial planning and forecasting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis on financial statements, budgets, and KPIs
Variance Analysis: Analyse variances between actual and planned figures
Month end and weekly reporting packs
Consolidation of monthly sales forecasts
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting with 3-5 years relevant experience
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Well-organised with attention to detail
Good command of English and proficient in MS Excel
Candidate with less experience will be offered as Junior Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Good analytical & conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen
