Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Project Support Officer

Responsibilities:

·         Contribute to project execution monitoring by liaising with internal stakeholders and communicating with external vendor on scope, cost and timeline

• Assist in hosting regular project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and responsible for dealing with project-related queries from internal stakeholders
• Timely update to project status, RAID log, and assist in preparing and distributing project reports for management
• Perform end-to-end test execution coordination, assist to prioritize test design activities, propose approach, test execution, prepare test status and metrics reporting
• Identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes
• Responsible for project related documentations in accordance with bank standard
• Assess and ensure the data quality after data migration
• Provide support and troubleshooting to internal users after project completion and arrange corresponding trainings
• Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks or PMO administrative tasks, if necessary

A)   Knowledge, Skill & Attributes

• Proficient in PC skills for Microsoft Office (includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• Knowledge and experience in PPM tool is an advantage;
• Good organization skills, interpersonal & communication, problem solving and presentation skills;
• Strong sense in data, detail-minded, organized, responsible and willing to learn;

B)   Academic and Professional Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related discipline;
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in IT or Project Management is preferrable;
• PMP, PRINCE or Scrum Master are added advantage;
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage.

Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Project Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support data analyzing and generate reports: project schedule, resource allocation and any other project management reports to executive;
• Support ITG timesheet data extraction from project management tool for project cost recharge process;
• Assist in report preparation such as KPI, KRI, ITG Monthly Report, ITG Newsletter, training record etc.;
• Conduct and support the Departmental Website administration and update, Bank’s Annual Document Review, Balance Score Card, Bank Culture Reform and other Bankwide activities;
• Provide staff On-off boarding and user access application support to whole ITG;
• Assist to prepare and conduct the presentation materials for trainings and meetings, act as presenter to ITG staff, if required;
• Support the team in document repositories, operation status tracking & monitoring etc.;
• Support in processes and operations optimization tasks as to achieve the efficiency gain and effort saving for ITG;
• Assist in ad hoc requests or reports from management

What you will do

This person will join the BMS project team in Hong Kong/Macau. He/she will monitor and supervise installation activities and make sure the projects are completed on time & within budget. Also ensure the design and installation of BMS equipment’s are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.

How you will do it

• Prepare and submit project documents, such as design drawings, material submission, method statements, safety documents and maintenance manual for client's approval
• Supervise and provide guidance to technicians regarding equipment installation details, testing and commissioning methods and safety and environmental awareness
• Liaise with client, consultants and local authorities to ensure that project targets are achieved
• Review financial condition of project on a regular basis to ensure the financial target are met
• Consult Project Managers for resolution when deviations occur
