We are seeking a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager with expertise in both IFRS and US GAAP to join our dynamic finance team. This role will directly report to the Senior Manager of Group Finance and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure financial reports comply with IFRS, US GAAP, and Group policies.
• Oversee intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to meet reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Group finance team on consolidation activities and data accuracy.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Monitor compliance with evolving accounting regulations and internal financial policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency in financial reporting.
• Support special projects, system implementations, and process enhancements.

• 4+ years of relevant experience, with a mandatory audit background in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS and US GAAP, including familiarity with the FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC).
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial for navigating complex financial scenarios and providing effective solutions.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior staff is a plus, as this role may involve leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERP software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external auditors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting certification is preferred.

Our client a multinational company is looking to hire Financial SAP Analyst.

Responsibilities:

•  Translate business objectives and requirements into system design that can be supported by SAP;

• Assist in user requirements study and implementation of existing jewellery and  diamond manufacturing application with enhancements.
• Facilitate functional teams for new SAP implementation and on-going application update and enhancement globally
• Provide ad-hoc support maintenance service and trouble-shooting to end-users;
• Work closely with internal teams and our clients to ensure project tasks are delivered on time and are of satisfactory quality with proper documentation;

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Group Finance in managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial analysis.

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to guide our high value clients and prospective clients in their investment decisions with StashAway. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up team to build StashAway HK alongside the best minds. You will report directly to the General Manager HK to strategise and execute AUM impacting initiatives. Within this role, you will work on both short-term and long-term goals, build customer and prospecting relationships, identify AUM growth opportunities, hit quarterly targets and deliver on weekly input KPIs. The role will give you exposure to the inner workings of a Fintech that leads the industry on both the investment and the tech side.

Responsibilities

• Develop a continuous prospect pipeline to achieve AUM targets and expand StashAway's customer base.
