We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, People Operations to lead our People Operations team across Malaysia and the US. This role requires a strong ability to manage internal stakeholders, implement HR strategies, and ensure seamless HR operations in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, work injuries application, etc.
• Process regular payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions, and ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations, including tax reporting and filing.
• Lead the performance review cycle process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and equity reviews.
• Oversee and manage the People Operations function for Hong Kong, Malaysia and the US, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local compliance requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business growth.

The Role

As our Operations Manager, you will be the person who reads the statistics, analyses, identifies pain points or improvements, and brianstorm strategic solutions to improve existing products or business processes. Responsibilities
