Covering and advising NBFI Clients across the Corporate Bank product suite with a particular focus on Cash Management, Trust & Agency Services, Trade Finance & Lending, Securities Services and Risk Management Solutions. Your skills and experience: Academic degree (MSc) preferably within Finance or Economics. 8+ years of experience within the financial sector, with relevant experience covering a wide portfolio in a relationship management or product sales function in a global financial institution Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance relationships with senior client contacts. Track record in being able to understand the strategic priorities of our clients and provide holistic corporate banking solutions to achieve their objectives Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written; Cantonese is a plus Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills; High level of energy and accessibility, clear team player; Excellent interpersonal skills: effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written. The Financial Coach and Training Specialist will coordinate and provide financial counselling/coaching services.

• Provide individual financial training for using tools such as detailed financial assessments and budgets to provide strategies for saving and credit building.

• Provide financial trainings in individual and small group sessions

• Provide individualized financial counseling sessions (including both initial and follow-up sessions) and achieve client outcomes..

• Support the creation of new workshops in budgeting, banking, and credit.

• Ensure that all training requirements are met for participants in budgeting, cash management, savings, and credit building. Ensure that participants complete the required training.

• Increase participant knowledge of financial services and credit offerings.

• Explore into financial services hiring and train the staff

• Helps create financial plans to achieve their goals.

• Answers financial questions and addresses concerns.

• Coaching on building long-term relationships.

•   Analyzes market and economic trends.

• Stays up to date on relevant government policies.

• Maintains client confidentiality.

•  Undergraduate degree preferred, or a combination of equivalent years of education and related work experience.

•  Experience with financial education, counseling, and coaching.

• Demonstrated understanding of personal finances, particularly in the areas of budgeting, asset building, and credit building. Previous work experience in teaching basic financial literacy is preferred. 

•  Ability to effectively coach clients through the nuanced process of family budgeting, goal setting, asset and credit building.
