• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, marketing and other related fields is preferred.
• At least 3 years working experience in private banking or financial marketing. Agency experiences of serving private banking clients will also be considered.
• Good oral and written communication skills, as well as a high level of dictation, and the ability to communicate and cooperate with people from different cultural backgrounds and social classes.
• Familiar with market analysis methods and skills, with strong data collection, sorting and analysis skills, and able to adjust marketing strategies according to market conditions.
• With business sensitivity and foresight, able to timely identify market opportunities and formulate corresponding marketing strategies.
• Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and fluent in business negotiation and communication. Fluent in Cantonese is preferred.

• Develop compelling content and manage communications across online and social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
• Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness with a full-funnel strategy and data-driven marketing practices
• Assist to develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms and online channels coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
• Drive the digital growth and performance marketing plan, such as SEO, SEM, social media, YouTube, roadshows, events, partnership etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Perform experience studies to gain insights from claims and lapse experience.
• Understand market, regulatory and competitive trends and their developments, produce insights to the business for the implications.
• Conduct technical research for product development initiatives.
• Develop Business Line strategies and plan with Business Development and deliver Business Line strategies and initiatives base on data-driven insights.
• Cascade & manage strategies and targets through Business Line unit scorecard and team target setting.
• Manage and track team performance and effectively communicate areas of improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices to seek new ideas from inside and outside the unit / organization and identify innovative solutions
• Analyze market / industry trends and changes, utilize visualization tools to synthesis data and draw conclusions to make recommendations for senior management.
• Support Business Line strategies implementation and participate in ad-hoc projects.
• Contribute to developing a continuous improvement culture across Business Line Operations. 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent;
• Insurance/Reinsurance pricing experience of the Hong Kong market is required.
• Proven commercial and technical skills in Health & General Insurance product design and pricing.
• Strong communications skills

• Handle and process loan transactions and reconciliation, maintain loan repayment data in systems in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines, preferably in Finance / Decision Analytics / Risk Management / Statistics discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau reporting is an advantage
