We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in Helsinki. As an E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our high-end brands in the digital space. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance the online visibility of our brands.
• Oversee content creation and management, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as digital agencies and technology providers, to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Respond to and manage customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead and monitor the branch team to achieve sales target and ensure quality of service & work (i.e. timeliness, accuracy and compliance)

Our Client, a leading car dealer specializing in electric vehicles, is seeking a Senior Sales Training Manager for the APAC region. This role is essential in developing and implementing effective training programs that empower their sales teams to excel in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market. The position will be based in the Hong Kong office and requires significant travel across the APAC region to deliver tailored training solutions.

Responsibilities:

•Reports to Senior Management and work closely with marketing and product teams to align training content with current product offerings and promotional strategies

•Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on electric vehicle sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies tailored to the APAC market

•Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify specific training needs and skill gaps within teams across various countries

•Lead dynamic training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to enhance sales competencies, both in-person and online

•Monitor and analyse training outcomes to ensure programs are driving sales performance and meeting organizational goals

•Create and maintain training resources, manuals, and digital content that support ongoing learning for diverse sales teams

•Offer one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their individual sales targets and professional growth

•Track training results and report on the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives to senior management

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

•6-8 years experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in automotive or electric vehicle sector.

•Strong understanding of electric vehicle tech and sales methodologies.

•Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•Proven ability to motivate and lead teams.

•Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.

•Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region.

•Effective communication skills in English & Chinese.

•Good business acumen, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•Maturity, agility, self-motivation, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure.

Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Sales Training Manager position.

The Opportunity

The Territory Account Manager works within Digital Media Team and undertakes a variety of roles critical to the success of growing Adobe's revenue. This role sales for new customers in Hong Kong. You will need to understand and interpret customer requirements and drive new accounts, As a Territory Account Manager, you will carry a revenue target in Hong Kong and a new customer target which is measured quarterly.

What You'll Do

• Exceed quarterly and Annual Region Revenue and new customer Targets
• Manage partner deployment region, motivate them to invest more resources in Adobe's business
• Manage partner Sales, ensure partner business success. work with partners to follow-up with their customer
• Conduct regular accounts review with partners and get partner feedback to the management team
• Provide regular engage to resellers on new product knowledge and sales skills
• Build and maintain a required new business schedule and track pipeline progress
• Manage and close the pipeline of new deals by driving all aspects of the sales cycle
• Prepare activity and weekly forecast, monthly review report
• Work with the outsourced firm to conduct AP activities and manage them on high efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with Renew team, business development, Solution consulting team and marketing to drive objectives like industry program/campaigns, CES incentive/others program

What You Need To Succeed

• Must have a proven track record in achieving &. over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity, preferably selling Software Solutions.
• Experience in sales and channel sales role
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Preferably have completed a degree in business, IT, marketing or similar
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Team Work
• Passion to encourage the team member to go high
• Strong verbal communication skills (talking and listening)
• Proficient in Cantonese, English & Mandarin (Reading, written and spoken)
