Your new company A Reputable bank in HK is looking for a Regulatory & Policy Change Business Manager for their Global Market Biz Your new role Lead projects and drive the implementation of regulatory policies in Global Market in collaboration with Regulatory Compliance, Procurement, Third Party Risk, and Regional/Group teams to ensure compliance. Conduct impact analysis on new regulations from global and local regulators. Partner with the business and support partners to prioritise, sponsor, and implement multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance, or market requirements. Implement new processes, procedures, and controls across the markets front office. Manage the interaction with support functions as needed to support regulatory requirements. Assess the global impact of new/proposed/amended regulations on the global market business. Manage the project life cycle from inception through to implementation of the solution. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Conduct post-implementation reviews to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realisation. Provide training to markets front office on new regulatory requirements, processes, and controls. Host and lead regular regulatory reform workgroup meetings. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. 6+ years of experience in regulatory change management in a bank or financial institution and relevant experiences gained in Global Markets. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Excellent in project management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
