About the Role

The role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in driving the company's corporate planning processes and overseeing the implementation of key corporate strategic and innovation initiatives. The incumbent will play a critical role in helping FundPark achieve its long-term business vision through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.

• Develop and refine FundPark's corporate strategy in alignment with the long-term business vision. 
• Lead the execution of major corporate strategic initiatives and innovation projects. 
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met. 
• Manage external relationships and partnerships critical to the company's strategic goals. 
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for corporate projects. 
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and deliverables. 
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team. 
• Support administrative functions related to corporate projects and strategic planning efforts.

• Proven experience in corporate strategic planning and project management. 

• Track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external parties. 

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. 

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Background in banking and finance or a scale-up environment is desired

The Community Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to all location members and visitors. They will provide exceptional support to the Community Lead, Location Manager, Senior Location Manager, General Manager and Country Manager by operating the facility and communicating with stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and visitors.
• Handle member’s daily requests and all incoming enquiries.
• Support managers by executing daily tasks, including sales, finance and administrative assignments (data-entry and basic reporting).
• Achieve occupancy goals through membership retention and closing new sales.
• Conduct informative tours to potential members and partners.
• Plan and execute engaging community events by coordinating with internal teams and external collaborators on a regular basis
• Contribute content to maintain our presence online and onsite via social media posts and promotional materials.
• Coordinate the general upkeep of the facility to ensure the space is presentable at all times. This includes conducting floor checks, completing maintenance tasks and basic cleaning such as dusting, utensil washing and spot cleaning.

• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, events, business operations, sales would be an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate, Credit Underwriting to join us as part of the winning team in an exciting journey. This role reports to the Associate Director, Credit and you will play a pivotal role in assessing credit risks associated with new and existing clients in these specialized sectors.

What you need to do

• Analyze and underwrite the credit for e-commerce and international trade clients.
• Develop and enhance credit underwriting procedures tailored to the unique characteristics of these industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project development and data analysis.
• Implement fraud prevention measures to safeguard the credit quality of trade finance projects.
• Contribute to risk framework formulation, credit policy review, and risk model enhancements.
• Manage portfolio risks effectively, including early warning mechanisms and debt collection strategies.
• Support automation initiatives for streamlining credit underwriting processes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of credit analysis experience in the banking or finance sector.

About the Role

The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products. What you need to have

• Support the preparation and review of legal documents, such as loan agreements and security instruments, to facilitate the document execution process, as well as the registration and filing process on government website.
• Familiar with e-signature tools and processes, keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and training materials for loan operations team members.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit and compliance teams, to ensure complete and proper documentation.
• Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) of new loan management systems and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Rotate through different loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle for future career progression.

• Student or Associate member of HKCGI
• 2 - 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
