We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.
Outcomes:
1/ Data reliability Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.
2/ Dashboard creation and management - Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise - Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards - Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created - Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards - Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived
3/ Documentation Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels. Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
4/ Data quality recommendations Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.
5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.
To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst.

About the job
We are seeking an ambitious self starter to lead Internal Audit (“IA”) for the Hex Trust Group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be working closely with senior leadership across the organization to help ensure proper governance and controls are followed and provide independent assessment on and compliance with corporate governance standards to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
Lead Internal Audit to ensure proper governance is maintained across the organisation;
Develop the internal audit plan and undertake internal audits as required to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives;
Report on control deficiencies to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
Challenge current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement;
Engage remediation of identified issues through follow-up
Play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
Support selection and management of external vendors
Play an active role in advising the organisation on governance and internal audit matters
3-5 years’ practical experience in internal audit and / or external audit on companies / financial institutions, with experience in international accounting firms a plus;
Undergraduate degree in a business-related field and relevant qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
Self-starter with ability to independently run assignments involving stakeholders at various levels across the business
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Strong ethical standards and high levels of personal integrity;
Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience in or passion for Crypto industry or Digital Asset is desirable

Role purpose
Our Business Intelligence teams work as trusted advisors to leading Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, private market investors and law firms across the region. We help our clients understand and manage a variety of business risks, identifying and evaluating growth drivers, enabling them to succeed in complex environments. Your work as a member of the team will include managing multinational pre-transaction due diligence, partner assessment and compliance due diligence, assisting with client development in GCNA, and identifying sources of reputational and integrity risk.
Senior Consultants are responsible for producing clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports that effectively communicate findings to clients. They achieve this by combining information obtained through OSINT research with information obtained from interviews and their own analysis. They also need to conduct effective quality control and review of junior people’s work to make sure the deliverable meets our quality standards, and add in local context and broader geopolitical and regulatory risk assessment (or know when to draw upon support from other teams).
Role tasks and responsibilities
Project work
Act as Project Leader for due diligence projects, managing multiple projects at any one time, having close involvement in the development of report findings, analysis and structure and managing all aspects of project administration
Produce high-quality reports, including incorporating human intelligence into reports, conveying complex information in a confident, persuasive and accessible manner, conducting research and interviews, as well as producing analysis that goes beyond stage 1 analysis to stage 2 (“so what?”) and helps clients to resolve uncertainty and make decisions
Robust review of junior people’s work to ensure the highest quality standard
Support client managers by preparing and presenting to clients in a larger investigation as part of the project team
Work proactively with subcontractors to generate insightful intelligence, demonstrating strong briefing and debriefing skills
Marketing, business development and other activities
Draft and price proposals for due diligence under the guidance of a more experienced colleague, demonstrating that consideration is given to understanding the context and purpose of the client’s request and the ability to draft an appropriately tailored scope and methodology
Contribute to marketing and profile-raising events and seek opportunities to develop projects and business generally, in conjunction with more senior colleagues
Identify new subcontractors by researching sectors/jurisdictions and take responsibility for vetting and testing new subcontractors, with support as appropriate from more senior colleagues
Bring up suggestions for innovation and automation to drive efficiency
Produce thought leadership to support marketing and the sales process
Essential
Excellent command of mandarin Chinese and English languages
At least seven years’ relevant experience in consulting / financial services / journalism / research-driven roles
Substantial knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in conducting independent OSINT and public record research
Excellent ability to analyse and interpret research findings
General knowledge and deep understanding of political and business trends in China
Proven ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
Ability to work well with others in a team
Strong work ethic
Preferred
Strong ability to process complex legal documents and navigate listed company disclosures
Experience of or exposure to ESG due diligence
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Specific knowledge of the financial sector, including the ability to read and analyse financial data

At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (international relations, politics, economics, business, finance, journalism/communications, social sciences)
