Additionally, finding innovative solutions using existing functionality without the need for development is important. Expected Skills
You will actively participate in the development of fifty-five in the region by fostering awareness and thought leadership, communicating about its know-how, innovations and case studies externally.
As a member of the marketing team (including 6 in Paris, 1 in Hong Kong and 1 in the US), you will contribute to the development of our regional communication strategy, by creating strong communication axes translated into quality content and the organization of events allowing fifty-five to communicate effectively with its clients and prospects.
Your contributions can take the following forms (list not exhaustive):
Assist the development of the marketing content strategy, through our content website “the tea house”: editorial planning, content co-writing, publication on the website, and promotion
Assist in the organization of customer, partner and public relations events
Management of fifty-five's pages on social networks (WeChat mainly)
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of the tasks required
Coordination of fifty-five's communications: newsletters, press releases, conferences, trade shows, etc.
Management of marketing resources: centralization, harmonization and redistribution of shared resources within 55 (inter-team, inter-office)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communication/Business Administration/Marketing or related disciplines.

The role
We are looking for an experienced educator who will be in-charge of providing top-notch training and education for our Love, Bonito retail team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with excellent public speaking skills, and a deep knowledge of the various aspects within the retail field. You will spread the #LBexperience by training our team to deliver genuine, sincere and authentic service. You will also play an important role in curating the LB retail store experience, and build brand reputation in line with the company goals.
Main Responsibilities
Training Execution
Conduct First Day Orientation training so that the retail new hires are aligned on basic store operations, policies and SOPs
Conduct core training sessions for the retail organisation using various training methods to engage the retail team, including hands-on and interactive activities
Execute the Train-the-Trainers program to train retail store leaders to train their teams in all store operations SOPs
Analysis and Reporting
Evaluate individual performances and provide feedback on employees, both positive and constructive post-training
Prepare monthly post-training reports to analyse the effectiveness of training programs within the month
Collaborate with Retail Operations Manager and Global Retail Trainer to identify gaps from customer feedback and staff complaints; and determine further training needs and programs
Administrative
Oversee the training curriculum in the market by building an effective training calendar
Maintain and update the training tracker to ensure completion of training for retail team within targeted timeframes
Maintain an accurate database of training materials by determining what changes need to be made and keep the materials relevant and updated (and aid in market localisation, if necessary)
Others
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances)
Oversee and manage training costs against budgets

The Finance Assistant works closely with the Regional Head of Finance and the Accountant, as well as the rest of the Finance Team, to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. The core focus is to maintain the financial health of the business, ensuring we use our resources beneficially.
ROLE AND RESPONIBILITIES
Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
General journal entries, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation, bills and payments, and ensuring all data is tracked daily.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable and prepare proof of payments and debit note invoices to respective parties on a timely basis.
Handle a complete set of accounts independently and prepare month-end closing, balance sheets and P&L statements timely and accurately.
Assist in preparing monthly consolidated accounts, landlord reports, tax computations and filing, year-end audit, and liaising with auditors to collate the requested documentation.
Perform invoice billing and liaise with the operation team in resolving billing issues.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to get accurate data on actual costs incurred.
Monitor cash flow position and forecast with division inputs to provide bi-weekly updates.
Support monthly payroll and keep organised records.
Perform daily accounting duties, including financial reporting functions, bookkeeping, transaction reconciliation and identifying discrepancies, budgeting and cash flow, and giving biweekly updates.
Process invoice billing and follow up operations team with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
Proactively identify and resolve accounting and financial errors and suggest process improvements.
Track and reconcile bank statements.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
