• Handle and process loan transactions and reconciliation, maintain loan repayment data in systems in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures
• Prepare regular operation reports for statistical and accounting purpose
• Support maintenance of Credit Bureau Agency Update Requests and handle relevant inquiries
• Participate in business projects and system enhancement tasks as assigned and assist in conducting UAT tests
• Assist in due diligence processes and annual review from external parties
