Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or lean manufacturing
Proficient in using quality control tools and software (e.g., SPC, FMEA, CAPA)
Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
Preferred: Experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems in compliance with PIC/S GMP standards

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in chemical laboratory management, including chemical testing, purified water testing, stability program management, chemical equipment calibration/qualification, maintenance of reference standards, and comprehensive reporting.
Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Review and manage various Batch Production Records, various record forms & test reports

Assist in EM / compressed air and purified water monitoring program

Assist in Quality Management System Implementation such OOS investigation, Risk Assessment, Deviation & Incident Investigation Management, Product Quality Complaint & CAPA etc.
Manage a team of 7-10 pax
Requirements
