About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director/VP of Product Engineering to lead and scale our engineering team, driving the development of innovative digital products and optimizing our D2C e-commerce platforms. As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the technical vision and roadmap, manage cross-functional collaborations, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Your Technical Skills

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will contribute to Burson’s performance by engaging in day to day client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. • Experience in project management and coordination, especially social media-driven integrated projects.
• Experience in social media channel management, including but not limited to English copywriting & content development, social media monitoring, visual planning & creative brief development, and social ads.
• Knowledgeable of the global social media landscape with a good understanding of local nuances.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite, while fluency in Chinese would be beneficial.
