About the role:
We are looking for someone who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Lead by example to help create a high-performing, engaged and scalable inbound Sales team for Sleek in Hong Kong.
Outcomes:
Convert inbound leads into new business, using your experience and skills to improve upon existing lead conversion ratios

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and based in Hong Kong.
Ideally, most of your recent Sales experience will have been in inbound Sales. And ideally, you will have held your last two roles for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances).
Most of your selling experience will have been in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in Hong Kong.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese is required for this role. Knowledge of Simplified Chinese is considered an advantage.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un adjoint ou d’un adjoint principal, Placements en instruments de crédit, Asie-Pacifique, qui se concentrera sur l’évaluation des occasions de placement dans les instruments de crédit de second ordre, en effectuant la recherche, en formulant des recommandations de placement, en participant à l’exécution des placements ainsi qu’en suivant les placements. L’adjoint ou l’adjoint principal jouera un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation et la gestion de placements dans les instruments de crédit de sociétés ouvertes et fermées dans la région de l’Asie-Pacifique et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de file de l’équipe des Placements en instruments de crédit.

Examen
Étudier, analyser et évaluer des secteurs, des sociétés et des titres variés; participer au processus d’évaluation globale; procéder à l’analyse du crédit des sociétés, notamment à l’analyse du rapport prêt-valeur, et à la préparation des données de crédit pertinentes, notamment l’analyse de transactions précédentes et de sociétés comparables.
Élaborer des modèles financiers dynamiques servant à l’analyse des occasions de placement (y compris la vérification des hypothèses et de la sensibilité).
Effectuer une vérification préalable des sociétés, notamment en ce qui a trait au rendement antérieur et au rendement prévu des placements, à la qualité des équipes de direction, à la qualité des placements et aux risques qui y sont associés, au rendement attendu, à la réglementation, à la dynamique sectorielle et à d’autres facteurs pertinents.
Examiner les rapports de vérification préalable de tiers (rapports juridiques, comptables, stratégiques sectoriels, environnementaux, etc.).
Réaliser une analyse de la valeur des sociétés et des titres, notamment de la valeur actualisée des flux de trésorerie, des transactions précédentes et des sociétés comparables.
Rencontrer les équipes de direction des sociétés et examiner le rendement passé, la stratégie, les perspectives, les enjeux sectoriels et d’autres sujets pertinents suivant les besoins.
Appliquer l’« approche du portefeuille global » aux placements.
Recommandations
Sous la supervision des responsables de l’équipe Titres de créance, Asie-Pacifique, recommander des placements en instruments de crédit en exposant les occasions de placement potentielles.
Participer à la présentation des recommandations de placement au comité des placements en instruments de crédit.
Exécution des placements en instruments de crédit
Communiquer avec les partenaires de placement (fonds de capital-investissement, co-investisseurs, banques d’investissement, fonds de crédit et sociétés) et avec les conseillers (financiers, juridiques, etc.).
Participer à la négociation ainsi qu’à l’exécution d’ententes et d’autres documents juridiques relatifs aux opérations.
Gérer, conformément aux directives, des aspects distincts de l’exécution des placements en instruments de crédit.
Surveillance des placements en instruments de crédit
Vérifier le financement et les distributions relatives aux placements en instruments de crédit.
Surveiller le rendement financier des sociétés qui composent le portefeuille.
Aider à la réalisation de l’évaluation des sociétés qui composent le portefeuille.
Visiter des sociétés pour effectuer une vérification préalable.
Participer à l’établissement et à l’optimisation des relations avec les banques d’investissement, les sociétés et les fonds de capital-investissement.
Assister à des conférences du secteur.
Renforcement de l’équipe
Participer et contribuer aux réunions hebdomadaires du service et aux réunions sur les recommandations de placement.
Aider à la formation et au perfectionnement des employés.
Participer aux activités de recrutement, notamment la liaison avec les universités, le réseautage, la recherche de candidats et la réalisation d’entrevues avec des candidats selon les besoins.
