As a Senior Manager of Customer Experience Design, you will play a crucial role in transforming the airline’s vision into actionable product and service concepts for both onboard and ground/lounge areas. Your work will involve researching and creating products and services that embody the airline's brand values, providing a more personalized and integrated customer journey. Additionally, you will implement continuous improvement plans to ensure an ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
Translate the brand vision into service concepts, developing signature service initiatives to maintain the airline's position as a leading global aviation brand.
Lead research-based design efforts aimed at continuous improvement of current products and services, while generating new experience concepts across all customer journey touchpoints, including ground, lounges, and onboard.
Champion excellence in customer experience across all product and service offerings.
Work with operations teams to establish engagement standards that maintain the experience proposition while adapting to different standards for operational efficiency.
Define and develop customer-facing products for each cabin class, ensuring service concepts and standards align with guest demographics and profiles.
Use business intelligence and other stakeholder input to stay informed about customer profiles, market trends, and operational changes to drive service improvements.
Contribute to the development of the airline's digital experience across the customer journey, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience that delivers commercial benefits.
Act as the custodian for the end-to-end customer journey.
Operational:
Translate new service concepts into operational processes, considering factors such as aircraft type and lounge environments.
Develop and lead the implementation of service standards, procedures, and processes.
Foster collaboration between operational departments to ensure aligned service standards are consistently delivered.
Plan and implement medium to long-term service initiatives, ensuring all operational teams are aligned and customer satisfaction is monitored for brand impact.
Oversee cabin crew complement, market trends, F&B, hotel trends, and airline benchmarking to achieve best-in-class status.
Create information for customer service teams to understand and embrace the airline's product and service concepts, enhancing their ability to promote these offerings.
Analyze CRM data to scientifically and intuitively meet customer expectations.
Set and implement KPIs to drive continuous improvement through methods such as mystery shopping and customer feedback.
Ensure products and services align with brand values and maintain high standards.
Nurture a customer-centric design team, fostering design-led thinking through brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and workshops.
Ensure synergies between inflight and ground services by managing relevant stakeholders and resolving challenges.
Translate product and service strategy into development, creating design briefs and project plans for internal and external use.
Anticipate development requirements and inform relevant business areas to ensure timely delivery.
Champion commercial and fiscal responsibility in decision-making processes.
Develop brand partnerships to offer bespoke experiences for customers.
Identify cost management opportunities through continuous monitoring of products and services.
Document projects consistently as a key management tool, providing status updates to management and other stakeholders, and highlighting any associated risks.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Over 10 years of experience in translating brand vision into tangible and implementable product and service concepts at a major international airline.
Proven experience in Customer Experience Design at a major international airline.
Advanced understanding of hospitality processes, procedures, and standards.
Advanced understanding of F&B and onboard services.
Experience developing inspirational, elegant, and successful products for airlines, hotels, or other hospitality companies.

About the role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Senior Manager – Credit Underwriting to join us as part of the winning team in an exciting journey. This role reports to the Chief Credit Officer and assist in leading a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients.
What you need to do
Lead a team of credit underwriters to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients with minimal supervision and ensure timely reporting of related credit information and reports of subordinates;
Formulate and review risk framework, credit policy, risk model, scorecard, development and enhancement of adequate credit underwriting procedures;
Assist in conducting portfolio risk management and ensure effective risk monitoring and special assets management, including early warning mechanisms, contingency and debt collection plans;
Conduct fraud prevention measurements to ensure the underlying assets of the Trade Finance Projects are of good credit quality;
Facilitating project development and data analysis by collaborating with various departments;
Assist in implementing automation of credit underwriting procedures;
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operations.
University degree or high diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management or related discipline;
At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis earned from banking or finance sector;
Knowledge of Trade Finance with experience in the e-Commerce industry will be an advantage
A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external business partners;
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented;
Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with multi-tasking and keen to details;

About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Loan Operation Trainee. This role reports to the Operation Manager to assist in handling the fund operations tasks and daily issues and review clients' drawdown applications according to established procedures and guidelines.
What you need to have
Conduct preliminary credit assessments for client's drawdown application;
Review and verify client's documents, ensure strict compliance with the terms of credit approval, provide updates on application status;
Maintain all required documentation submitted to the system and ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements;
Monitor fund cash flow, including tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring proper fund liquidity;
Perform processing and able to meet tight timelines accurately;

Responsibilities:
Assist with logistics clerical work, admin work, answer phone calls and emails
Consolidate inbound and returns shipments from demand planners, and track the flow of orders to the warehouse
Responsible for inbound and outbound shipment’s registration, and complete inventory records
Process SAP WMS transactions related to inbound and return processes, and correct discrepancies in SAP system
File all inbound and return documents, receipts, and signed DO
Monitor and report discrepancies and data accuracy
Maintain effective relationships and work closely with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., freight forwarders, warehouses, demand planners, customer service, sales, and marketing) on inbound and return purchase orders to achieve expected results and adhere to business practices

Managing the digital marketing calendar to ensure sales goals on both ONLINE & OFFLINE business are achieved.
Propose and manage the marketing budget for a digital marketing plan with pre-set KPIs.
Reviewing analytical reports and turning data into insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Working with other business functions to create digital assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all landing destinations based on an ongoing testing program.
Maximizing traffic and conversion through core digital marketing channels such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, and social media.
If you are…
Tea lover / foodie;
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
2+ years of marketing experience, with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to work in a creative and hands-on environment;
With experience in retail / luxury industry is preferred, with experience in Digital Agency is also welcome;
With an understanding of ad placement strategies across various digital platforms, stay hungry for the latest digital trends;
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
