OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE  

The Infopro Digital Business Exec position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. This   role will sell enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to new clients, whilst working alongside the Account Management team to ensure clients buy our full suite of products.   The Business Development Manager will work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) as well as hindsights to consider for future campaigns

• Execute all web, social, email and display advertising campaigns and updates

o Serve as day-to-day contact coordinating all digital creative updates and requests

o Coordinate projects and concepts between the e-commerce team and digital vendors, as well as the US home office team

o Responsible for reviewing the first assessment of creative options

o Facilitation and management of timelines, kick offs and art review meetings for all executional elements

o Coordination with creative design, marketing, merchandising, planning, and operation team

• Lead the graphic designer and to ensure creative approval process with US team

• Other projects and responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 6+ years relevant experience, including digital marketing & e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion / retail industry

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Solid experience in building website traffic and driving brand awareness via digital marketing initiatives

• Good interpersonal, communication, project management and writing skills

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Proven strategic thinking & planning capabilities

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to effectively coordinate several key projects simultaneously

• Excellent verbal (via phone and in-person) and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of the organization

We have an exciting opportunity to bring in a passionate Marketing Manager to join our Tea Château clan! You will be leading small team of agile marketing specialists to oversee all things related to the brand’s marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility and drive sales in both direct retail and B2B segments

• Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new products or repush existing
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Utilize CRM tools to analyse customer data, improve customer engagement, and enhance retention strategies
• Develop and execute a seamless O+O marketing strategy that integrates both online and offline channels
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform make informed decisions
• Track and report on marketing and campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.
•  Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in product marketing within the retail/consumer industries
• Leadership experience is preferred; ability to inspire and mentor
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Fluent in Chinese and English
