Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to bring in a passionate Marketing Manager to join our Tea Château clan! You will be leading small team of agile marketing specialists to oversee all things related to the brand’s marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility and drive sales in both direct retail and B2B segments
- Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new products or repush existing
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilize CRM tools to analyse customer data, improve customer engagement, and enhance retention strategies
- Develop and execute a seamless O+O marketing strategy that integrates both online and offline channels
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform make informed decisions
- Track and report on marketing and campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in product marketing within the retail/consumer industries
- Leadership experience is preferred; ability to inspire and mentor
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Fluent in Chinese and English
