Job Descriptions: Supervise the team to ensure effective management of end-to-end processes and associated risks, in support of the business strategy in accordancewith Bank’s policies and compliance standard Responsible for analysing business performance and participate in setting key performance indicator, financialplanning, annual budgeting and prepare commentaries, evaluation and conduct performance forecast for management Provide advice to modify management reports to conform with internalstandards and statutory requirements Act as Compliance Representativeof CBD II in providing relevant advice and comments on AML issues, as well as Systems enhancement, revision to Policy and Procedures & Forms, T&C, FATCA, CRS implementation, OR issue, PDPO etc Acton behalf of CBD II to provide advice to various Committee Meetings such as ICCO, AMLCC, ORM, Procurement Committee, SAC, and CRS Committee etc Proactivelymonitoring of AML and KYC risk by implementing the Bank’s anti-money-laundering procedures Workclosely with the AML Compliance, Internal Audit and other divisions to ensure a robust control and operating framework Conducttraining on AML related matters, new rules and regulations as well as promotion of compliance awareness and culture, where needed Provideregular reports and progress updates to management on a timely basis and work closely with relevant functions (both internal & external parties) to meet the required deadline Employ,engage and retain high quality people such that the team is skilled and experienced to deliver its obligations and ensure the provision of on-going training to team members Job Requirements: Degree holder in Business, Finance, Law or related discipline Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Segment Management, Business Performance Management, Process and Governance,Credit Monitoring and KYC/Compliance with at least 5 years in managerial level Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements including AML regulations from HKMA, FATF regulatory bodies; banking and capital market business model; products; operation; transaction monitoring and credit risk frameworks Project management skills including resource and timeline planning, maintaining project economics and developing projectplans, timelines and progress reports Experience in developing risk and governance operating models, including setting up committees, defining roles andresponsibilities and developing policies and procedures Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the bank operates Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and abilityto provide coaching, development and mentorship for junior staffs An open, flexible and team oriented personality Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus Willing to travel To apply, please send the detailed resume By email: mailto:
