Key Responsibilities -Review business and operational processes to ensure: Ensure proper implementation of corrective actions to address control deficiencies Identify, assess, and offer insights on control needs for risks mitigation to help improving operational risks; Ensure OPG owned policies, guidelines, procedures and practices are in place to address key Operational risks and that are aligned with the Bank’s statutory and regulatory requirements; and Ensure audit findings are rectified properly. Ensure Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) are periodically reviewed, with mitigation actions properly implemented; and Regularly review the effectiveness of OPG KRIs.  Propose changes and monitor OPG KRIs reported, assess changes in risk exposure level from the early warning signals and ensure that risk exposures can be probably managed and rectified.   Ensure that the adoption of new KRIs as early warning system is measurable, quantifiable, accurate and risk-reflective. Conduct Quality Assurance testing of relevant controls for OPG when required.
