About the Role

We are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. 

As an Office Administrator, you will support the daily operations of running our Head Office in Fortress Hill by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in office administration and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and placing orders when necessary
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Oversee the Reception Desk, greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms, including arranging necessary equipment and refreshments
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Monitor and manage office and restaurant licenses, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Keep track of renewal dates and coordinate the renewal process for all required licenses and permits
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning services as needed
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
