Responsibilities:

• Handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
• Co-work with related collectors and handle some special invoices from key accounts request
• Upload the invoice into Laserfiche system for matching up the service docket within the time limit
• Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required

• F.5 or above in Accounting
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent and adaptable to change
• Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as officer position
• Immediate available is preferred

Position Purpose:

Oversees all Analysis, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities performed for the Joint Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month end closing process, ensure completion and accurate financial reporting deliverable.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity
• Provide support on annual budget, periodical forecast, cash flow projection in accordance with management assumptions and commercial data
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth flow of audit process
• Liaise with tax representatives and professionals regarding the tax and other relevant matters
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Degree qualified or other professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years’ post-graduation experience
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standard, statutory accounting and reporting.
• Familiar with corporate financial system and process, proficient in corporate tax management and related tax laws and regulations
• Mature, independent and work well under pressure.
• With SAP knowledge preferred
