Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IR Support to join our team. The IR Support role is crucial in assisting the investor relations team with various tasks to ensure smooth and successful investor communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Prepare and update due diligence materials
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
• Prepare materials and data to client inquiries and provide timely information as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of information/data
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales support/IR support role in a hedge fund or asset management firm
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

For the Yacht:

·       Preparation work with the Captain and yacht crews

·       Responsible for procurements the yacht needs (Interior, snacks, and drinks)

·       Providing cabin service - meals and bartending

·       General housekeeping and arrange laundry service

·       Assist with the paperwork with Captain

For the Office:

·       Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner

·       Handle coming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

·       Manage the meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting logistics with the IT department

·       Assisting with office management tasks, coordinating with the building management team

·       Assisting with HR department, not limited to maintain and update staff leave recording, staff onboarding process

·       Assist in organizing company activities and events (Annual Dinner, off-site gathering, happy Friday treats)

·       Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

·       Diploma or above in Business Administration / Hospitality Management or related disciplines

·       At least 1-2 years of working administrative experience

·       At least 2-3 years of working in F&B in Luxury Hotel / Restaurants / Flight Attendants experience is also considered 

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Shift duty is required

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

·       Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus

·       Immediate availability is highly preferred
