Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request.
• Provide daily technical support to end- user for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware, either in person or remotely.
• Install and configure software and hardware on Windows and Mac operating systems, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Respond to incidents and requests in a timely manner and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, keeping users informed of progress and ensuring that all incidents are resolved within SLA.
