About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is accountable and attentive to detail, ideally possessing at least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial sector. As part of this position, you will assist the credit team with credit monitoring and documentation tasks.

What you need to do

• Credit Post Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients’ credit positions post drawdown.
• Companies Registry Checks: Regularly review and verify information from the companies registry to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Watermark Monitoring: Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Document Verification: Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities and findings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and risk management teams to improve credit positions.
• Ad-hoc: Perform any credit related ad-hoc projects or tasks.

What you need to have

• Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting or other business related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in bank corporate or financial industry administration and documentations. 
• Proficient in using excel, eg. Pivot table, Vlookup and filter function

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trade Finance Operation Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our trade finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of trade transactions and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products. 

What you need to have

• Checker/Approver Role: Perform a checker and approver function for daily trade operations activities, ensuring accurate system inputs and thorough checks. 
• Transaction Verification: Review and validate all trade transactions, including both trade financing and e-commerce transactions, to ensure compliance and accuracy. 
• E-commerce Familiarity: Leverage knowledge of e-commerce trading flows for both import and export operations, enhancing transaction processing. 
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the internal sales team, Relationship Managers (RM), and external parties to address matters related to trade transactions. 
• System Enhancement Participation: Engage in system enhancement initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency. 
• Loan Operations Rotation: Rotate through various loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle, supporting future career progression. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the trade finance operations team.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the team and contribute to overall business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in trade finance operations or a similar role. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua 
• Familiarity with e-commerce trading processes is a plus. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Handle trust and corporate documents including trust deed, trustee resolutions, private company record, statutory filing, agreement and daily administration work;
• Assist in client onboarding KYC and ongoing review in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures;

• Maintain accurate physical and electronical records of trust documents;
• Ensure timely fees collection incurred by clients;

• Degree holder in Business Administration related discipline
• STEP Diploma and / or Member of the HKCGI would be an advantage
• Experience in trust administration and handle onshore/offshore entities such as HK, BVI and Cayman Islands
• 3 -5 years relevant experience in Trustee or Company Secretary are preferred

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Officer - Credit Administration. This role reports to the Associate Director of Credit Administration to ensure the necessary documentation is properly executed to protect the platform and relevant stakeholders’ interest and that all condition precedents comply with the approved terms & conditions.

What you need to have

• Ensure availability of credit facilities strictly comply with established credit policies, guidelines and approved terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements;
• Perform credit administration functions including preparing and reviewing standard credit facility letters and loan documentation;
• Follow up and ensure proper execution of facilities letters and loan documents to protect the interest of the platform and relevant stakeholders;
• Perform day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of risk-related function and work pro-actively with internal and external business partners to ensure efficient delivery of services;
• Work with internal and/or external legal & compliance personnel to ensure a standard of documentation is compliant with the latest legal and regulatory framework.

• Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Knowledge and experience in handling loan documents and collaterals, as well as acquainted with the workflow of credit facilities drawdown/operation;
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day management of credit risk arising from exposures booked in Corporate Banking including Large Corporates and / or Structured Finance, with a focus on mainland related lending exposures including SOEs and POEs as well as LBO financing; Review and approve credit lending proposals within delegated authority to ensure that the bank’s credit offering is in compliance with bank’s policies, procedures and risk appetite; Provide recommendations and highlight key risk issues to front office and credit approvers; Perform on-site credit due diligence by joining joint-calls with business unit officers; Provide training and guidance to RMs / ARMs on credit policies and processes; Prepare portfolio reports / analysis of bank’s credit portfolio; Participate in credit policy / new product programme review and ad-hoc projects assigned by Management; and Business travel is required. A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is highly desirable. - Proven experience in internal auditing (4 years of big 4 audit experience and more than 6 years of in-house experience), preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of crypto industry regulations, digital asset trading, and blockchain technology. - Familiarity with risk management frameworks and auditing standards (e.g., COSO, COBIT). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify control deficiencies and recommend practical solutions. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing audit team. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
