Duties & Responsibilities

• Candidate attraction, ensure that you are using every avenue available, from advertising, and networking to attending career days, to attract the best candidates for the vacancies you are working on
• Develop strong working relationships with Hiring Managers in the business driven by regular communication
• Fully utilize our recruitment software, ensuring the areas you are responsible for are up to date
• Oversee and take ownership of the complete recruitment life cycle from taking the initial job brief, advertising, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and offering or regretting candidates
• Conduct professional and in-depth first interviews with candidates
• Admin responsibilities, collecting references, writing interviews, and any other admin tasks

• Minimum of one year’s experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing, ideally within the F&B sector
• Experience in volume recruitment and recruitment software
• In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong labour market

SUMMARY

This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries
• Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding
• Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice 
• Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking
• Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees
• Upkeeping accurate employment records and database
• Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports
• Organize staff activities and related events
• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assigned

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industry
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinances 
• Candidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantage
• Independent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learn
• Detail-minded and being able to work under pressure

Job Purpose

• Responsible for overseeing the Hong Kong and Macau regions, acting as a business

partner to provide comprehensive support to retail partners.

• Execute HR programs and initiatives related to talent management, employee

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable organization, ideally

within the retail sector.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, local regulations, and compliance

requirements in Hong Kong and Macau.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.

• Office Management:
• Oversee the replenishment and ordering of office pantry
• Ensure the office supplies & equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
  
• HR Operational Support:
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing access cards and other necessary documentation.
• Support the People Operations team on payroll calculations and regular reporting
