The role:

As an HR Officer in the People team, you will contribute to Burson HK's success and beyond! You will play a key role in supporting our local team, with exposure to regional projects and initiatives. You'll contribute to impactful programs like employee engagement and DE&I, while collaborating with our global network.

Job Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and HR administrative-related tasks.
• You'll collaborate with regional teams on projects and initiatives, contributing to a broader impact across Burson.
• You'll play a key role in supporting HR Operations tasks, such as staff movement processes, insurance & MPF enrollment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and reporting.

• Degree holder with one year of relevant HR experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
