Prenetics is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement to join our People and Culture team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and developing and implementing and executing employee engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various positions within the company.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
