As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in creating world-class digital experiences that enhance client acquisition, retention, and trade . The role will focus on designing seamless user journeys that empower traders with intuitive, feature-rich platforms across mobile and web, ultimately driving increased trading volumes and enhancing Pepperstone’s position in the global FX and CFD industry and beyond.

Key Position Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Product Manager/Owner and cross-functional team, as an active facilitator and collaborator in the discovery phase of design and definition processes, contributing ideas and applying design thinking to solve problems 
• Assist in the development of customer value propositions, business cases and roadmaps
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into informed design decision
• Plan and facilitate user research and usability testing of product prototypes, of varied fidelities, with customers and rapidly translate research findings into design
• Lead other User Experience Designers on a project
• Coach and mentor other User Experience Designers
• Ascertain requirements from a range of stakeholders including business stakeholders, delivery and technical leads, and Product Manager/Owners. 
• Create new designs, including (but not limited to), user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes 
• Deliver designs for each release by providing production ready assets and supporting the development team through implementation
• Work with engineering colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure brand, style and usability guidelines are adhered to
• Work confidently with Design systems
• Identify opportunities to uplift value from existing solutions/ways of working
• Work with the rest of the team to promote Design Thinking, HCD and  good user-experience practice across the company

About the Role

The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products. What you need to have

• Support the preparation and review of legal documents, such as loan agreements and security instruments, to facilitate the document execution process, as well as the registration and filing process on government website.
• Familiar with e-signature tools and processes, keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and training materials for loan operations team members.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit and compliance teams, to ensure complete and proper documentation.
• Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) of new loan management systems and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Rotate through different loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle for future career progression.

• University graduate in Business Administration/Corporate Governance related disciplines. 
• Student or Associate member of HKCGI
• 2 - 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Your role includes coordinating partner relationships, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.

What you need to do:

• Manage and develop partnerships within the cross-border e-Commerce ecosystem
• Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate and establish collaboration agreements with potential partners
• Coordinate partner relationships to ensure their needs are met and common goals are achieved
• Provide expertise and support to help partners solve problems and optimize business processes
