About the role:

We are looking for someone who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: Lead by example to help create a high-performing, engaged and scalable inbound Sales team for Sleek in Hong Kong.

Outcomes: 

1. Convert inbound leads into new business, using your experience and skills to improve upon existing lead conversion ratios
2. Become a specialist in Sleek’s market and Sleek’s offerings, thereby adding value to all leads (converted or not)
3. Through your above-average listening and communication skills, provide a professional and delightful experience to prospects, helping to grow word of mouth and brand value for Sleek in HK
4. Team up with other inbound Sales reps in HK, sharing feedback and tactics in an empathetic and patient manner
5. Maintain a clear and tidy pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring reporting is timely and accurate
6. Identify and communicate improvement opportunities (processes, pitch, pricing, ..) to HK Country Manager, Sleek’s Head of Sales and Sleek’s CRO
7. Collaborate and share learnings with other inbound Sales team members serving Singapore, Australia and the UK markets

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and based in Hong Kong.

• Ideally, most of your recent Sales experience will have been in inbound Sales.  And ideally, you will have held your last two roles for at least 18 months (barring exceptional circumstances).
• Most of your selling experience will have been in B2B or SaaS and/or services similar to what Sleek offers in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese is required for this role. Knowledge of Simplified Chinese is considered an advantage.

About the interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.

Roles and Responsibilities: Data Stewardship Act as SME of operations data and assist the development of centralized database. Identify Critical Data Elements (‘CDEs’) & monitors data quality. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Risk Management for credit card and unsecured landing products; Monitor and detect suspicious fraud issues, and provide insight on fraud prevention; Monitor, analyse and identify potential problematic issues of overdue, debt collection, credit limit, etc.; Provide advise and suggestions on credit policies and collection strategies, Liaise and work closely with internal departments in outstanding accounts, bad debts and dispute issues; Liaise with external parties on credit collection matters, like debt collection agencies, credit reference agencies, and statutory bodies; Support the department in compliance with regulatory requirements; Identify and drive new initiatives for system enhancement, operational efficiencies and process streamlining; Assist in ad hoc assignment as required from senior management from time to time.
