About the Role

The Senior Associate, Operations at FundPark, a leading financial technology company, will gain hands-on experience across various loan operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior exposure to finance or fintech to develop a well-rounded skill set in loan administration and back-office support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate through different roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the critical processes that support FundPark's lending products. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of FundPark.

What you need to have

• Support the preparation and review of legal documents, such as loan agreements and security instruments, to facilitate the document execution process, as well as the registration and filing process on government website.
• Familiar with e-signature tools and processes, keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and training materials for loan operations team members.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the credit and compliance teams, to ensure complete and proper documentation.
• Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) of new loan management systems and processes, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Rotate through different loan operations functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle for future career progression.

• University graduate in Business Administration/Corporate Governance related disciplines. 
• Student or Associate member of HKCGI
• 2 - 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our agile and dynamic team based Hong Kong. This regional role will manage a wide spectrum of virtual events (e.g. Awards, conferences, trainings, bespoke events etc.) hosted by our company’s leading B2B titles, namely Risk.net, FX Markets and WatersTechnology, across Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to Event Operations Manager while working closely with the Events and Marketing Services teams, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, professional manner and deliver events within budget and tight timeline. You will handle multiple events concurrently and demonstrate your ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

This role provides excellent exposure in client servicing as you will liaise with sponsors and vendors closely with your strong negotiation skills. You must be passionate about identifying new solutions for better event experiences.

Responsibilities

Event Execution: In-Person and Virtual

• Conduct vendor research and get quotations
• Map out project timelines and set clear deadlines
• Gather marketing collateral to develop content on virtual event platforms and distribution at in-person events
• Liaise with the AV vendor on the event logistics
• Provide technical support prior to event and on the day
• Prepare post-event report and data analysis
• Manage individual project P&Ls and keep track of all expenses

External Client Liaison

• Guide sponsors through the virtual event process and offer practical advice

Strategic Support

Our client a multinational jewellery company is looking to hire Senior Operations Executive.

The Senior Operations Executive is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, meeting project deadlines, and driving the overall success of the organization. This position plays a key role in representing High Jewellery and collaborating with IT business partners on diverse digitalization initiatives.

Additionally, the Senior Operations Executive provides essential support for day-to-day office, offers IT assistance to senior executives, and takes charge of staff-related training arrangements.

Responsibilities

Departmental IT Projects:

•  Identify and understand the requirements for departmental IT projects.
• Work closely with the IT business partner to ensure timely and satisfactory project delivery according to the agreed plan.

Training

• Lead a small team to manage the training process, workshop content creation

Department Sales

Department Production

• Coordinate and monitor the workflow of production, QC, inventory, launching of new products, customer orders, and repair items - will work very closely with Project Management and Product Planning team.
• Communicate and negotiate with factories and overseas suppliers.
• Review the regular month-end reports and assist in product replenishment and inventory control and handle the shipment (collaborate with Product Planning team).

• Master’s Degree holder in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Java or other related applications. 
• Experience in Luxury Retail Brand management, including Retail Merchandising, P&L management
• Minimum 3-5 years in sourcing and product development in Jewellery industry
• Experience in the luxury retail industry, with a focus on high-end jewelry
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategy and action plans.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing client relationships, particularly with VIP clients.
• Experience in managing and developing a team, including coaching and mentoring. Proficiency in managing a budget and optimizing resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• 3-5 years' experience in Operations roles and work experience in retail management is an advantage.
