You will also identify investment sales opportunities from existing client base as well as prospectus generated by marketing activities. What we look for

Required

• Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• With minimum 6 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling Enterprise Solutions
• Solid experience in managing and promote Enterprise Solutions such as BMS, Surveillance system, Access Control , IOT , Digitalization
• Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
• Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
• Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
