What you need to do

About the Role
We’re now looking for a charismatic Bar Manager to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road.
As a Bar Manager, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of running a high-volume, high quality bar operation.
