About the Role
We’re now looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join Pici Central, our neighbourhood SoHo pasta bar along lively Aberdeen Street.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running a top quality, high volume venue. You will ensure that the team is well trained, motivated, and consistently delivers a friendly, approachable, caring and informed service experience to our guests. You will be identifiable as a manager whilst on the floor, greeting guests and dealing with any issues that may arise.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
Control stocks for daily use in restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant

Main Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
Develop, improve and optimise retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required
Conduct Stock Taking exercises at several intervals in the year, or as and when required.

Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
Recruit, coach, and build a robust team of Part Time and Full Time employees who strongly believe and live out the LB vision and mission
Inspire and enable the team to provide a top notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring
Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
Numerate and tech-savvy
Open to working various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!

What you will be doing: You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with the Academy team to handle our company's ongoing projects. You will be working with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Key Responsibilities:
The following will vary and be influenced by project, but in principle it will apply to most projects:
Client
Responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio (luxury brands) by understanding their current situation and challenges facing them to translate their objectives into internal solutions and coordinate with multiple teams within CXG and external consultants to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Build professional image and maintain good relationships with key customers.
Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
Ability to sustain the business by finding new training solutions.
Collect client feedback and their experience on the project.
Consultant/trainer:
Building extending relationship with associate consultants.
Provide support and care to associate consultants during project.
Communicate regularly with associate consultants for latest practice and relationship maintenance.
Manage vendors:
Sourcing vendor to accomplish different client needs.
Compare and negotiate quotation with service vendor.
Managing financial transactions under service agreement.
Supervising task progress and work quality of service vendors.
Manage projects:
Lead clients meetings to communicate and diagnose client’s needs
Confirm with client the objectives and planned benefits of the project
Define the scope of the project, and if not already in place the delivery strategy through proposal
Create an effective organization for the project including all key roles and responsibilities
Plan the project, listing timetable, milestones, and management processes to be employed
Develop financial and budget controls for the project (OPM / Operating profits margin)
Lead the team in all phases of the project including associate consultants
Ensure risks are understood and are being mitigated successfully.
Organize internal preparation meetings and rehearsal as necessary
Communicate effectively with and manage stakeholders
Regularly assess progress in relation to plan and implement appropriate control processes and monitor project cost and budget performance .
Liaise and negotiate with any internal or external party or partner as required to ensure best OPM of the project
Ensure all issues are being managed in the most timely manner
Develop recovery plans when a project is not expected to meet any of its targets or constraints
Delivering engaging presentations summary for the client (in front of top executives) that will have an impact on maintaining and developing the relationship.
What you will bring along:
University Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or Communication, Master’s Degree preferred:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in account management in B2B related to brand communication, research, consulting, preferably in a retail environment, hospitality environment, training or market research industry.

Main responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership:
Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

Drive store performance via retail strategies, customer experience, service and visual merchandising
Manage the overall store operations to ensure a consistent and solid Love, Bonito experience, which includes daily stand-ups, retail training, customer service training, inventory management, stockroom management, order replenishments, visual merchandising, manpower planning, stock take etc.
Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
Be present and operating on retail floor as floor manager
Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

You will be responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Take all actions necessary to achieve sales objectives, and define best corrective actions (both short term and long term
Work closely with Retail Operations team to continuously develop the retail processes to increase productivity and ensure efficiency in all store operations aspects
Conduct analysis of product trends and P.O.S. potential to ensure adequate and appropriate stock levels
Support Commercial(Merchandising) Team in the definition of product and price strategies by providing feedback from the retail stores
Collaborate with Marketing and growth team in special events to enhance the brand image and sales;
Partner with HQ Training to promote retail and operation training to store staff to ensure quality service is maintained within all stores
Maintain outstanding store conditions to optimise layout and displays in-store; support brand and visual campaigns of new tacticals and launches.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion

Practical and hands-on experience of Hong Kong market with a proven track record of effective brand building initiatives and the ability to drive business goals
Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
Possess high level of commercial acumen, self-initiative, strategic and analytical mindset combined with a drive for results
