As the Head of Internal Audit for Greater China at our global asset management firm, you will work alongside a team of skilled auditors and data specialists from the Asia Pacific, US, and Europe regions. General Purpose of Position
Reporting to the APAC Regional Director of Internal Audit, you will oversee, implement, and execute the audit program for Greater China and other regional and global areas of responsibilities, as defined by the Regional Diector. You will manage and execute the audit process, conduct audits, oversee staff or contractors, and report findings to management. The role will perform portions of the audit work individually, while also supervising and reviewing work performed by any staff auditors or third-party contractors and present audit results and recommendations to the management.

Strategically plan audits for Greater China and support the Regional Director in overseeing the Asia Pacific Internal Audit Team's activities.

Conduct audit work independently or oversee the work of assigned staff or contractors, ensuring proper documentation of workpapers, identification of control weaknesses or inefficiencies, and timely completion of audits.
Compile audit findings and lead entry/exit meetings to secure management's agreement and action plans.
Follow up on previously noted audit issues, undertake special investigations as needed, and monitor the implementation of management's corrective actions.
Foster and sustain strong relationships with business partners.
Facilitate team member training and development through on-the-job coaching, enhancing critical thinking skills, providing constructive feedback, and engaging in the performance management process.
Proactively foster a culture focused on risk and control awareness across the organization.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional audit or accounting designation (CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, ACFE) preferred.
7-10 years in internal audit or related roles, with leadership experience.
Familiarity with Greater China regulatory and audit landscape, would be a plus
Asset management or securities industry experience is a plus.
Substitution of direct audit experience with relevant industry experience is acceptable.

Main responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership:
Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

Retail Performance & Operations:

Drive store performance via retail strategies, customer experience, service and visual merchandising
Manage the overall store operations to ensure a consistent and solid Love, Bonito experience, which includes daily stand-ups, retail training, customer service training, inventory management, stockroom management, order replenishments, visual merchandising, manpower planning, stock take etc.
Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
Be present and operating on retail floor as floor manager
Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Conduct weekly business reviews with team to increase traffic, expand base, retain customers and optimize profitability

Job Duties: As an Operation Manager, you are in charge of our shift operation team resources to ensure high efficiency and integrity of our daily system operations supporting both internal users and external parties. You will be responsible for developing your team with new skills and processes over a transformation journey. You will be managing key operations responsibilities, including incident handling, escalation, operation acceptance of key system rollouts or system releases and business continuity plan execution. according to the industrial best practice. Responsibilities: Drive the team to achieve the continuous service improvement objective(s), by regularly review and modernize the team process/workflow and enhance the team performance/efficiency. Ensure smooth, effective and efficient systems operations for both daily BAU operation including post critical system change. Ensure all operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and met, including internal customers satisfaction objectives. Team resource management for system operations including severe weather and failover events. Plan and arrange proper training and staff development for the team to improve their skillsets and knowledge, to support upcoming changes on team structure/process/workflow. Ensure proper event/incident management with proper management escalation where appropriate in accordance with industrial best practice/standard (e.g. ITIL). Manage IT systems failover within agreeable RTO and RPO in according to standard operations procedures, coordinate with corresponding stakeholders for the planning and execution of IT BCP and service continuity drill exercises. Ensure the appropriate controls and relevant documentation is maintained in accordance with relevant company policies and IT standards. Requirements: Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or IT relevant discipline. At least 10 years' experience in data center and systems operations. Experience in managing 24x7 mission critical operations and project management. Familiar with the operations of Linux and Windows, IBM mainframe and Cloud is an advantage. Self-motivated, strong leadership, and ability to share new thinking models for improvement and enhancement in systems operations. Possession of ITIL Certification, ISO27001 Certification, Cloud related Certification is an advantage. Strong problem solving, communication, open discussion, team coaching, interpersonal and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is an advantage.
