Responsibilities and Duties Draft, review and negotiate legal documents relating to all aspects of the bank's business based on Chinese laws and regulations Identify potential legal issues arising in business operation and providing legal solutions Be responsible to prepare relevant reports or presentations in accordance with the requirements from Head Office; and be proactively in charge of communication with Head Office. Team Head Level Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Risk Management for credit card and unsecured landing products; Monitor and detect suspicious fraud issues, and provide insight on fraud prevention; Monitor, analyse and identify potential problematic issues of overdue, debt collection, credit limit, etc.; Provide advise and suggestions on credit policies and collection strategies, Liaise and work closely with internal departments in outstanding accounts, bad debts and dispute issues; Liaise with external parties on credit collection matters, like debt collection agencies, credit reference agencies, and statutory bodies; Support the department in compliance with regulatory requirements; Identify and drive new initiatives for system enhancement, operational efficiencies and process streamlining; Assist in ad hoc assignment as required from senior management from time to time. Requirements: Degree holder with at least 8 years working experience of risk management, solid experience in fraud control and credit collection is preferred; Sound knowledge of fraud control, credit collection and related processes; Sound knowledge in regulatory rules and regulations; Strong business acumen with good problem solving, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; Positive mindset and great sense of ownership; Proficiency in written English and Chinese; Fluent in Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising the daily credit business, including reviewing the replenishment of positions, the approval of equity margin limits and special items approved; Draft operational risk initiatives, including risk and control assessment support business units (equity investment business); Review new products in the department and provide suggestions that affect the services of the business department to reduce operational risks; Guide the review of key operational risk indicators of the business department; Responsible for the administrative support of the department and other special tasks arranged. Requirements: Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors from top universities; 3 years or above experiences in investment banking, institutional sales, comprehensive management work or other relevant experience; CFA/CPA qualification preferable; Strong communication and interpersonal skills-ability to form effective working relationships; Excellent writing skills, good at writing official documents; Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task; Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field; Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills; Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
